The agreement
These terms are between you and SERP Kinetic (“we”, “us”) and cover serpkinetic.com and the SERP Kinetic dashboard. You must be at least 18 and use the service for business or professional purposes. If you use it for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms for that company.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Each seat is for one person. Tell us at support@serpkinetic.com if you think your account has been misused.
Plans, credits and billing
- The Free plan is a plan, not a trial: 500 credits every month, no card required. Unused Free credits do not roll over.
- Paid plans are billed in advance in US dollars, monthly or yearly. Prices and what each plan includes are on the pricing page.
- Each run spends credits from your balance. Unused credits on paid plans roll over as the pricing page describes; top-up credits do not expire.
- A run that fails is refunded to your credit balance automatically.
- An upgrade takes effect immediately and is prorated. A downgrade takes effect when the period you have paid for ends.
- You can cancel anytime from inside the app. Monthly plans have no contract or setup fee. After cancelling, you keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded for unused time, except where the law requires it.
We may change prices for future billing periods; we will tell you before a change applies to you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Send outreach that breaks anti-spam or privacy law (such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR or CASL). You are responsible for the messages you send and for honouring opt-outs.
- Create or publish fake reviews, or misrepresent who you are or who you work for.
- Use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful.
- Resell raw data from the service, scrape it, overload it, or try to get around credit limits or security.
- Reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules, especially where others are at risk.
Your content
You own what you bring to SERP Kinetic and what you create with it: your leads, proposals, reports, articles and websites. You give us permission to store and process that content only to run the service for you.
Websites built with Web Architect are yours to publish and to deliver to your clients. Templates are licensed for use in sites built with the service.
AI output, data and estimates
Some features use AI and third-party data. Output can be incomplete or wrong, so review it before you publish or send it. Business information comes from public sources and can be out of date.
Revenue, traffic and opportunity figures are models built on measured inputs, not promises of results. No one can guarantee search rankings, and we do not.
Third-party services
When you connect WordPress, a mailbox, Google or another service, that service’s own terms also apply, and we are not responsible for it.
Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep SERP Kinetic available and reliable, but it may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or by events outside our control. Features may change; if we remove something central to a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. You can export your content before an account closes.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date at the top changes too. If a change is significant, we will tell signed-in users before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
