Questions
Everything people ask before they start.
Plans and credits, where the data comes from, what the website and content engines actually produce, and how billing works. If something is missing, ask us directly.
Getting started
What is SERP Kinetic, in one sentence?
An operating system for local businesses and the agencies that serve them: it finds the market, finds and qualifies the leads in it, writes the pitch, builds the website, writes the content, runs the Google Business Profile and tracks the local rankings — against one record, not seven exports.
Who is it actually for?
Local SEO freelancers and small agencies who currently do this across four subscriptions and a spreadsheet, and local business owners who would rather run their own presence than pay someone monthly to do it badly.
Do I need to know SEO to use it?
No, but it helps. The tools show their reasoning rather than a score out of ten — why a market looks open, why a lead is worth calling, why a design was recommended — so the platform teaches the judgement as you use it.
Is there a demo I can look at first?
The homepage carries a working walkthrough of the Web Architect and a live rank-grid demo, both clearly marked as sample data. Past that, the free plan needs no card, so the fastest demo is your own city and niche.
Plans & credits
How does the credit system work?
Every plan comes with a monthly pool of credits, and each run spends from it: 25 for a lead search, 100 for a finished article, 200 for a full website build. Cheap actions cost a few, expensive ones cost more, and the free utilities cost nothing at all. The full ledger is on the pricing page.
Why credits instead of a limit on each tool?
Because the shape of the work changes month to month. A prospecting month burns lead searches; the month after three clients sign burns site builds and articles. Per-tool limits would have you paying for searches you are not running in order to get the builds you are.
What happens when the credits run out?
Paid runs stop until the month resets or you buy a top-up. Nothing is deleted, nothing is charged automatically, everything already produced stays available, and the free tools keep working.
Do unused credits roll over?
On a paid plan, yes — one month on Starter and Pro, two on Scale, capped at one month’s allowance. Top-up credits never expire. The Free plan resets each month without rollover.
Is the free plan a trial?
No. It is a plan. 500 credits arrive every month for as long as you use it and no card is needed to start.
What if a run fails halfway through?
Credits are reserved when a job starts and only spent when it produces something. If a provider times out or a build fails, the reservation goes back to your balance automatically.
Data & sources
Where does the local data come from?
Live search and maps data through commercial data providers, plus direct reads of publicly available pages. Nothing depends on you connecting a personal Google account for discovery, so your own accounts are never the thing at risk.
Is the data collection compliant?
We read publicly available business and directory records through licensed providers and public page reads, at a rate that does not put load on anyone’s servers. We do not buy scraped personal data or resell contact lists.
How fresh is what I see?
Discovery runs are live at the moment you press go — that is what the credit pays for. Saved leads keep the snapshot from their last run, and re-running a search refreshes them so you can see what moved.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Leads, reports, articles and built sites export in standard formats, and the WordPress push puts a whole site on infrastructure you own. Nothing is held hostage inside the platform.
Websites & content
What does the Web Architect actually produce?
A complete multi-page local site: homepage, a page per service, a page per area, FAQ and contact — written, illustrated, schema-marked and internally linked, from a library of 37 designs and 83 drop-in sections. It builds landing pages, city sites, statewide silos and nationwide coverage.
Can I edit the site after it is built?
Yes, live: eight colour schemes, twenty font pairings, sections you can add or remove, and full control of titles, meta descriptions, schema and internal links with a Google preview beside them.
How does the WordPress push work?
One click sends the built site to your WordPress install through the sync plugin. Edit in SERP Kinetic and push again and the live site updates — you never open wp-admin to publish.
How is Content Forge different from a normal AI writer?
It reads before it writes. Two to seven competitor pages are opened and extracted in full, and the brief — intent, length, reading level, the voice the subject deserves — is decided from what is actually ranking. Only then is the outline built and the article written, each step on the evidence of the one before it.
Does the content sound like a robot wrote it?
The Forge decides per piece who should be writing. A subject people actually do gets written by a practitioner rather than flatly research-led, which is the difference between copy that is accurate and copy that reads like someone has done the job.
Can I white-label what I send to clients?
On Pro and above. Your logo and colours on the exported PDFs, with no SERP Kinetic mark.
Profiles & rank
What does GBP Management let me do?
Run listings, profile health, posts, Q&A, hours, categories and photos across every connected location from one screen, rather than logging into each profile in turn.
Why grid-based rank tracking instead of one number?
Because local ranking is decided block by block. A single position for a city hides the fact that you are first near the shop and twentieth four suburbs over — which is exactly the information that tells you where to work next.
Do the AI review replies sound like templates?
That is the thing they are built to avoid. Replies are drafted against the specific review, and you approve every one before it goes anywhere.
Account & billing
Can I change plan mid-month?
Yes. An upgrade takes effect immediately with the new allowance prorated; a downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so nothing you bought is lost.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
Neither. Monthly plans are month to month and cancellable from inside the app. Yearly billing is one charge for twelve months at the discounted rate.
What is the refund policy?
A 14-day money-back guarantee on subscription plans. Cancel any time from billing settings in the dashboard.
What counts as a seat?
One person with their own sign-in inside the workspace. Everyone shares the same credit balance, lead base and pipeline — nothing is metered per seat or per client.
Does SERP Kinetic work for agencies with many clients?
Yes. Built sites are saved per client and can be grouped as client work or your own projects, and GBP Management works across every connected location. Past ten seats or 30,000 credits a month, the Agency plan is priced against what you actually run.
Is there a light mode?
Yes — this site and the dashboard both ship a designed light mode as well as dark. Both follow your system preference and remember a manual choice.
No question matches that. Try a shorter word, or email us and we will answer it — and add it here.
