What we collect
Account details. Your email address and name, and if you sign in with Google, the basic profile Google shares. Sign-in is handled by Google Firebase Authentication; we never see or store your password.
Your workspace. Leads you save, pipeline deals, proposals, reports, articles, websites and settings. Much of this is kept in your own browser (local storage and IndexedDB). Some is kept on our servers when a feature needs it: plan usage and billing, WordPress Sync pairings and queued jobs, and cached research results.
Billing. Payments for paid plans are taken by our payment partner, which acts as the seller of record and handles any sales tax or VAT. We receive the plan, the payment status and what the partner shares for receipts; we never receive or store full card numbers.
Usage and diagnostics. What each run uses from your plan, and error reports from the dashboard (the error, the page and the browser) so we can fix what failed. This website does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
Gmail, if you connect it. SERP Kinetic asks Google only for permission to send email on your behalf. It uses that permission to send the outreach emails you write or approve, and for nothing else: it does not read your inbox, and email data from Google is never used for advertising, never sold and never read by people except where you ask us to investigate a problem or the law requires it. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect Gmail at any time from the dashboard or from your Google account.
Connected services. If you connect a WordPress site, a mailbox or another service, we keep only what that connection needs to work, and encrypt stored credentials.
Business data shown in the product
Find Leads, Pitch Dozier and the rank tools show public information about businesses: names, addresses, phone numbers, ratings, reviews and websites. It comes from public search and map results (through DataForSEO) and from the businesses’ own public web pages. It is used to research local markets.
If you own a business and want its information removed from our caches, email support@serpkinetic.com and we will remove it.
How we use it
- To provide the service and run the tasks you start
- To bill for paid plans and keep your plan usage accurate
- To prevent abuse and keep accounts secure
- To answer support requests and fix failures
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
We use these providers to run the service. Each receives only what its part of the work needs:
- Vercel — hosting
- Google Firebase — sign-in
- Upstash — database, cache and job queue
- Our payment partner — payments, receipts and sales tax
- DataForSEO — search, map and business data
- Google PageSpeed Insights — website speed checks
- DeepSeek and Anthropic — AI analysis and writing
- Firecrawl — reading public web pages
- Pexels — stock photography for generated sites
- Resend and Postmark — email delivery
- Sentry — error monitoring, where enabled
When you start an AI task, the material it needs — for example the pages being analysed, or your outline — is sent to the AI provider to produce the result.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account data from our systems, except records we must keep by law, such as invoices.
Data stored in your browser stays on your device until you clear it, or use the clear options in the dashboard’s Settings. Cached research expires on its own.
Your choices and rights
You can export leads, reports, articles and sites from inside the app. To access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to how it is used, email support@serpkinetic.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK or California), these may be legal rights; we honour the same requests for everyone.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit, stored credentials are encrypted, and access to production systems is limited to the people who run the service. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you.
Children
SERP Kinetic is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. If a change is significant, we will tell signed-in users by email or in the app before it takes effect.
